All orders are hand packaged and shipped by Nelle Studios. Please allow 1-2 weeks of time to prepare to ship as orders are custom printed and hand packaged.

Pre-orders generally have a 3 week turnaround.

Please allow extra “dry” time for embellished prints.

Shipping times vary depending on location. Orders shipped within Canada through Standard Canada Post may take between 1-7 business days. For international shipments, please expect between 7-14 business days.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Nelle Studios is not responsible for delivery delays due to customs. Buyers are responsible for contacting their local customs office to locate any held packages.

Quality and archival materials are used to assure longevity of each print and they should last many years if properly cared for.

Avoid hanging in direct sunlight, or in areas with extreme fluctuations in moisture and tempurature.
